It’s a common misconception that if we’re sleeping, someone else is getting ahead of us. Quotes like the ones below are constantly pushed into society. They wrongfully teach us that sleep is not important if we want to achieve our goals.
While manifesting takes action, sleep is a very important step for the law of attraction. That’s because at night we can connect with our subconscious mind and get the answers to the road blocks that are stopping us from manifesting!
The things invented in dreams will blow your mind!For example, The Beatles famous song ‘Let It Be’ & ‘Yesterday‘ came from Paul McCartney’s dreams.
“Let It Be’ happened during a time when there was kind of a lot going on. I went to bed one night and had a kind of restless night. But I had a dream where my mother, who had been dead at that point for about 10 years, came to me in the dream and it was as if she could see that I was troubled. And she sort of said to me, ‘Let it be.’ And I remember quite clearly her saying ,’Let it be,’ and ‘It’s going to be OK. Don’t worry.’ You know, ‘Let it be.’I woke up and I remembered the dream, and I thought, ‘Well, that’s a great idea.’ And I then sat down and wrote the song using the feeling from that dream and of my mum coming to me in the dream.”

It was realized in a dream by nineteenth-century chemist Dimitri Mendeleyev. At the time, scientists had noticed periodicity of elements but none of them could connect them all together in one table… that is until Dimitri Mendeleyev fell asleep.
“I saw in a dream a table where all elements fell into place as required. Awakening, I immediately wrote it down on a piece of paper, only in one place did a correction later seem necessary,” Mendeleev, as quoted by Inostrantzev
Sleep correlates directly with manifestation. Research in Phycology Today reveals,” This happens because sleep allows the brain to mentally restructure information learned, resulting in new and insightful responses.”
This means, learning something new and then immediately sleeping will allow what you learned to become clearer and more creative.
